It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the right delivery address has been given. Inform us within 1-2 business days from purchase if you placed the wrong address. If the package has been fulfilled, we can no longer make any changes.Â

Once we have fulfilled and shipped out the order, we are no longer responsible for any lost or delayed packages. The carrier is responsible for delivery times based on the shipping option you have chosen. However, if packages have been confirmed to be lost, we would love to help you out. All our products are guaranteed Stainless steel fade-proof unless stated otherwise, BUT one can always take proper care to ensure highest quality.
   ☻   Remove your jewelry at night. Nightly perspiration and the extended rubbing
   against the skin will cause any metal finishes to dull over time.
   ☻   Keep your jewelry items in a place such as your bedroom where proper
   ventilation and normal air conditions are present.
   ☻   Clean your items often to maintain shine and remove the sweat and dirt that
   may accumulate with average wear. Use a very lightly damp cloth, gently wipe
   down your item, and use a clean towel to dry after.
