SHIPPING ADDRESS:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the right delivery address has been given. Inform us within 1-2 business days from purchase if you placed the wrong address. If the package has been fulfilled, we can no longer make any changes.
Once we have fulfilled and shipped out the order, we are no longer responsible for any lost or delayed packages. The carrier is responsible for delivery times based on the shipping option you have chosen. However, if packages have been confirmed to be lost, we would love to help you out.
